1. I LOVE Kris Carr’s weekly Love List.

A Love List is a reminder of glass half-full/brimming over living and lusciousness. Love Lists tap you on the shoulder when you get lost or slip into darkness. Because life is too sweet to be bitter and sometimes you need the universe to whisper in your ear, “Hey, there’s lots of beauty and majesty out there, lots of things you adore, so why the sourpuss?”

What a great idea, no? To share what you are loving each week. What’s on your love list?

2. I sort of need a LOVE list today….because we’ve had sort of a rough time lately. I’m still angry and can’t forgive Alex ofr what he’s done, so things aren’t exactly peaceful around here. Yup, we’ve had a broken & battered few weeks (months?) around here.

3. I LOVE this hutch makeover today because I think that would look awesome on our hutch. However, I’m exhausted and there’s other things to be around here first – like the kitchen kickplates (which I think I’m going to make hinged so I can still store some things under there) and some more trim/painting trim.

4. I LOVE Centsational Girl’s paint treatment on her bedroom wall today because it would look awesome in our room with a new duvet cover. I’m thinking of sewing one out of taupe linen, cause I like the rumpled look.

5. I LOVE the cafe curtains and plant shelf I installed in the kitchen. The best part – it didn’t cost me anything because I had extra curtains and rods from our old house, and scrap lumber in the basement.

6. Over the past couple of weeks, I have developed a strong conviction to involve Pumpkin more in my daily activities. Instead of allowing her to have so much unstructured play time, I’ve been keeping her at my side as I go about my chores so that she learns what keeping a house requires at an early age.

7. I LOVE the response I’m getting about TeeBags. People like them (100 fans on facebook), retailers want to carry them, and friends are donating enough tees that I’ll be able to give more money to New Urban Arts than I originally planned. 8. Roller Derby. I jammed twice in a row last night and I really think I hit my stride. I’m captaining the Robots in this weeks exhibition vs Zombies.

9. I LOVE the idea of amassing enough clients so we can buy an Airstream and travel cross country. The only thing I need to work is electricity and wireless.

10. I’m trying to savor all of the remaining weeks of summer before fall returns…beach jaunts, road trips, lots of ice cream and farmers markets, etc.
