Is your to-do list overflowing with tasks? Do you end up rushing from one thing to the next, dealing with whatever’s most on your mind at the time – and shoving everything else aside for another day? How many times have you thought to yourself “I have so much to do today, how am I ever going to get it all done?” Failing to prioritize your work load usually results in being extremely inefficient and extremely stressed out.
So how can you start concentration on what really matters, instead of on what seems most pressing? Regardless of whether you are a student, work at home mom, a web designer, or a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, prioritizing your work is critical to your success. When you prioritize, you’re determining what needs to get done, and in what order you should perform those actions.
There are many ways to prioritize, and you’ll find the one that works best for you. Download the most results driven method implemented with my clients.

Latest Site Launch: Moriarty’s Fence
Call today for an Invisible Fence Brand Solution.1-800-225-0808.
Moriarty’s Fence Company offers the Invisible Fence® Brand pet containment solutions to ensure the best quality and pet safety. Their primary objective is to keep your pet safe at home …all the time… and provide the best in customer service satisfaction.
On the website, I took his existing content management system, created a new header and images, updated the content and launched an improved site with awesome features like a product solution chart. The results include an increase in appointments scheduled, more sales leads, and an overall increase in profits.
Along with the site, I run his social network campaign, which is showing great feedback on facebook and twitter. We’re launching a new ad campaign with FOX this month and I’m excited to see the results!

Looking Back: 2009
Procrastination was holding me back!
When I looked at my to-do list last year, many of the entries like “call Donna ” and “follow up with New Corp.” were copied from a previous week. Putting off unappealing tasks may be human nature, but for an entrepreneur, procrastination can be deadly.
This year, I’m holding myself responsible. I will follow up on that great referral, make that important sales call, mail the marketing package, and write the proposal. I find that once I’m taking action, the rest seems much less difficult than I had feared.
Latest Site Launch: Joe Danella
Some important design techniques.
Busy in his studio, artist Joe Danella works 10-3 just about everyday — building and designing beautiful handcrafted birdhouses. Joe has owned and operated his business since 1991, but he’s been making things all his life.
I took his existing site, redesigned the layout and look, and launched an improved site that he can edit himself. As a small business owner myself, I understand the need to update your own site without having to call someone to do it every time. I’ve created this and other sites using the open source Joomla platform. You can check out my portfolio here.
Roller Derby Workout Video
* * * * * (5 stars).
I finally got the Roller Derby Workout video, and it’s intense. The exercises have helped me with my form and targeting muscle groups that I wasn’t aware I even had. The outfits are cheesy, but I expected no less. I’d recommend this to everyone looking for a strength workout. If you’re looking for cardio, go to practice. Check out the trailer on my post.
Looking ahead: 2010
My plan for the future
My goals for 2010 include writing for more publications, maxing out my IRA, and scheduling more speaking engagements. If any of you out there can point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate it!
I hope you’re having a wonderful year. There’s only one week left before the first big conferences for women in Rhode Island commence. I’ll be at Building Bridges Through Networking and the Soul at Work Unconference: Be Visible. I hope we can connect if you’re going! Email me, DM me, @me, leave a comment on my wall, whatever…. I’m always around.

These are the bare essentials. Nothing else is a priority until you can do these three things.
(done) Line sheets and samples are first.
(planning to rep myself? Ang, want a job? you can have 10%) A rep is 2nd. Big orders are great, but don’t put too much stock into a new store. Talk them into a smaller order, offering reorders if it sells.
(that’s the easy part!) After samples and a rep, you?ve got to ship what you say you?re going to ship.
